Each of our rooms at Mitta Glen is a private suite with luxurious appointments. The suites have been named for the famous local attractions that our guests come to the region to visit.
The Kondalilla Suite
The Kondalilla Suite is named after the Blackall Range’s most spectacular waterfalls. The falls drop 90m into the lush rainforest valley, where there are swimming holes, walking tracks and the beautiful flora and fauna of the region.

The Balmoral Suite
The Balmoral Suite takes its name from the Hinterland ridge that stretches from Montville to Maleny with breathtaking views over the Sunshine Coast and Pacific Ocean to the East, and the Glass House Mountains to the South.

The Montville suite is named after the famous village that hangs on the clifftop of the Blackall Range, with views stretching from Noosa in the North to Morton Island to the South, and boutique shopping, local artisan wares, and gourmet dining.

Frequently asked questions
We have a travel cot available at a reasonable rate for young children. For older children you will need to book an additional room as our rooms are dual occupancy only. Please note that each room has a queen-size bed only.
We are located right next door to The Barn on Flaxton, a famous local cafe open for breakfast and lunch each day from 8am. For dinner, there is a wide range of restaurants minutes from our door. We also have tea and coffee facilities in the guesthouse, and there is plenty of space in the gardens for you to have a picnic in the sun.
Pending availability, you can book an airport transfer to and from the Sunshine Coast Airport. This is a private service offered exclusively to guests staying at Mitta Glen, and is available as an add on to your booking.
Yes, we have a private pool and extensive gardens at the guesthouse. Kondallila Falls is just 1.5kms away, and we are on the route of the Sunshine Coast Great Walk. Check out our local attractions page for more information on the local area.
